La exposición se crea en colaboración con la nueva Escuela de Arquitectura de Siegen  de la Universidad de Siegen y concibe el lugar como un espacio experimental entre la exposición, la investigación y la práctica espacial. Aborda cuestiones relacionadas con la reutilización adaptativa, la construcción dentro de las estructuras existentes y las formas de apropiación espacial.

El Kunstverein Siegen reactiva el antiguo edificio Karstadt junto a la Haus Seel, convirtiendo un espacio urbano central en desuso en un lugar de exposición temporal. Las obras responden a las condiciones concretas del lugar, desarrollando enfoques instalativos, arquitectónicos y basados en procesos en diálogo con el edificio existente.

The exhibition is organized in collaboration with the new School of Architecture at the University of Siegen and conceives the venue as an experimental space that bridges exhibition, research, and spatial practice. It addresses issues related to adaptive reuse, construction within existing structures, and forms of spatial appropriation.

The Kunstverein Siegen is revitalizing the former Karstadt building next to Haus Seel, transforming a disused central urban space into a venue for temporary exhibitions. The works respond to the specific conditions of the site, developing installation-based, architectural, and process-oriented approaches in dialogue with the existing building.
