- Tax and Invoicing Data: Federal Taxpayers Registry (RFC), tax identification card, and applicable tax regime.
- Financial and Asset Data: Bank account details for wire transfers or payments, and payment receipts (processed under strict confidentiality and security standards).
2. Purposes of Data Processing
Primary Purposes (necessary for the service and commercial relationship):
- Management of purchase, sale, consignment, packing, shipping, and delivery of artworks.
- Issuance of certificates of authenticity, contracts, and provenance documentation.
- Invoicing, payment collection, and fulfillment of tax and contractual obligations.
- Compliance with the Federal Law for the Prevention and Identification of Transactions with Funds of Illicit Origin (LFPIORPI), as applicable to the commercialization of artworks.

Your personal data will not be transferred to or shared with third parties inside or outside the country without your prior consent, except under the express exceptions provided for in Article 37 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), such as competent tax, financial, or judicial authorities, or logistics, customs, and insurance entities strictly necessary for the secure and lawful transport of artwork.
4. Exercise of ARCO Rights and Revocation of Consent
You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, what we use it for, and the conditions under which it is processed (Access); to request the correction of your personal data if it is outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete (Rectification); to request its deletion from our records or databases when you consider it is not being used properly (Cancellation); and to object to the processing of your personal data for specific purposes (Opposition).
To exercise any of your ARCO rights or revoke your consent, you must submit a formal request via:

- Full name of the data subject and a valid document proving identity (copy of official ID).
- Clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which you seek to exercise any of the ARCO rights.
- Any other element or document that facilitates the location of the personal data.
- Response Time: You will receive a response to your request within a maximum period of 20 (twenty) business days from the date your request is received.
